Wholesale or distribution — they are different things
Wholesale is a purchase. You need a quantity of product, once or repeatedly, for your own use or to sell on. Minimum is 10 units (25 for co-branded runs, 500 under your own brand) and you can order today.
Distribution is a relationship. A territory, ongoing volume, and terms set against it. If that is what you are after, the distributor page is the right door.
Plenty of partners start with the first and move to the second. There is no need to decide now.
What is available at wholesale
The full range: bottles from 750 ml to 2 litres, tumblers from 470 ml to 1.2 litres, and 600 ml coffee mugs. Screw, sipper, chug, flip, straw and MagSafe magnetic lids.
HYV makes BIS-certified bottles, under IS 17526:2021, India's standard for vacuum insulated stainless steel containers.
What bulk buyers get wrong
Buying on headline retention hours. "24 hours cold" is printed on almost everything at every price. It is only meaningful where it has been tested, which is what the certification tells you.
Ignoring the lid. The body almost never fails. The lid is the moving part, and a seal that weeps at month six turns a bulk purchase into a bulk complaint.
Ordering one SKU for everyone. A sealed lid suits a bag, a straw suits a desk, a chug suits a gym. If the end users differ, split the order — it costs nothing at these minimums.
Leaving it to October. Festive demand compresses every lead time in the category. A November delivery is a September conversation.
Sizes and variants at wholesale
Wholesale is not limited to a shortlist. HYV manufactures its own drinkware in India rather than reselling someone else's, so the question is not whether a size exists on a shelf — it is which of three routes your order takes.

So if the size you want is not in the stock list — a 500 ml, a format between the ones above, or a lid we do not currently fit — that is the third row, not a refusal. Send the specification and the quantity and it gets quoted. What we will not do is pretend a made-to-order capacity ships in five days; it does not, and a gifting programme planned on that assumption misses its date.
The sizes held in stock today
- 470 ml — OpenFlow tumbler, the lightest and cheapest way into branded steel.
- 600 ml — ChillSip and DailySip, the coffee and desk formats.
- 750 ml — CoreFlow, SlimPro, FlipFlow, DualFlow and DualFlow Slim. The volume workhorse for headcount gifting.
- 1 litre — LuxeSip, LuxeFlow, MagFlex, DualFlow 1L and the Studio build. Client and leadership gifting.
- 1.2 litres — HydroFlow, HydroPro, HydroMax and HydroPop, the straw and turn-and-sip tumblers.
- 2 litres — MaxFlow, for a full day without refilling.
Terms
Minimum 10 units. Laser engraving included where you want branding. Engraved orders from stock: 7–10 business days to dispatch, plus 2–3 days delivery. Made-to-order colours: 60–90 days. Samples of one or two units at retail price before you commit. Pricing moves with quantity and is quoted against your order.
