Custom Water Bottles with Logo — Bulk Branding in India
If you are looking for custom water bottles with your logo, the decision is narrower than it looks. There are only three things to settle: what the bottle is made of, how the logo is applied, and how many you need before anyone will quote you. Everything else is a colour choice.

Engraving or printing — the one decision that matters
This is where most first orders go wrong, so it is worth settling before artwork.
Laser engraving burns away the coating to reveal the steel underneath. The mark cannot peel, scratch off or fade, and it will outlast the bottle. It is monochrome by nature — the logo becomes the tone of the metal, not your brand colours. A four-colour logo becomes one tone.
UV printing reproduces full colour, including gradients and photographic detail. It sits on the surface, so it wears with use and dishwashing in a way engraving does not.
The honest rule: if the bottle is meant to last years on a desk, engrave. If it is a campaign item for a season and the brand colours are non-negotiable, print. We will tell you which one your artwork actually suits rather than taking the order either way.
Artwork, before you send it
- Vector where possible — .ai, .eps, .svg or a layered .pdf. A screenshot of a logo cannot be engraved cleanly at 30 mm.
- Thin strokes close up. Anything under roughly a millimetre fills in when engraved. Most logos need one element thickened or dropped, and we flag it on the mockup rather than after the run.
- Taglines usually have to go. The engraving area on a bottle body is smaller than people expect; a mark that has to be readable at arm's length rarely fits a strapline too.
- You approve a mockup before production. Nothing is cut until you have seen the logo on the actual model, at actual size.
Which bottles take a logo well
Any model in the range can be branded. These are the ones that engrave best, because the body is broad enough to carry a mark without wrapping it:
CoreFlow 750 ml is the volume workhorse and the cheapest way into branded steel. LuxeSip 1 L is the one to pick when the recipient is a client rather than a headcount. SlimPro fits a cup holder; FlipFlow opens one-handed. Five models hold BIS IS 17526:2021 — LuxeSip, LuxeFlow, MagFlex, CoreFlow and ChillSip — which is a laboratory-tested standard rather than a stated one. The rest of the range is not certified, and we would rather say so than let a brand-level claim imply otherwise.

The minimum is per model, not per order — so a 100-unit run can be four different bottles at 25 each, which is usually what a mixed team actually needs. Samples of one or two units are available at retail price before you commit.
What "custom" does not mean here
Two things get asked for often enough to answer up front. We do not do custom body shapes or new lid tooling on small runs; that is a contract manufacturing brief with its own minimum and lead time. And a brand-matched colour on the body is a 1,000-unit commitment, not a 25-unit one — below that you are choosing from stock colours, of which there are eleven.
Photographs, gradients and multi-colour artwork are not a limitation here — that is exactly what UV printing is for. Engraving is the monochrome option; if your artwork needs colour, print it.
Common questions
What is the minimum order for water bottles with a logo? 25 units per model. Laser engraving is included at that quantity — there is no separate setup fee.
Will the logo come off in a dishwasher? An engraved mark cannot — it is cut into the steel. A UV-printed mark will degrade with repeated dishwasher cycles, which is one reason we steer long-life gifts towards engraving.
Can I put individual names on them as well as the company logo? Yes. Names and a logo can be engraved on the same bottle, which is what most welcome kits and long-service gifts actually want.
How fast can you turn around a rush order? Stock colours dispatch in 3–5 working days and engraving adds a day or two. A colourway we do not stock is 60–90 days, so a tight date and a bespoke colour do not go together. We will say which applies before you commit, not after.
