Bulk Personalised & Laser Engraved Drinkware
Personalisation in bulk is two different jobs depending on what goes on the product. A logo is one file repeated across the run. Individual names are hundreds of separate files, and the failure mode moves from print quality to spelling.
Both are done here by laser engraving, on a 25-unit minimum, with a 7–10 business day production window.
Why engraving rather than printing
Laser engraving removes the outer coating to expose the steel underneath. The mark is part of the bottle: it cannot peel at the edges, it does not fade in a dishwasher, and it survives the years the bottle does.
What you give up is colour. Engraving is monochrome — the mark is the tone of the metal — so a logo that depends on its colours has to be printed instead, and printing wears. The practical rule: engrave unless the logo is meaningless in one colour.
Preparing artwork that survives the process
Send vector, not a screenshot. SVG, EPS or AI scales to the panel. A JPEG pulled from a website has to be traced, and tracing is where thin serifs disappear.
Thicken anything below a millimetre. Hairlines close up. Most logos have at least one element — a registered mark, a tagline, an outline — that needs adjusting or removing, and we flag it on the mockup rather than after the run.
Pick the panel. Flat, wide bodies engrave best. A tapered or heavily textured bottle gives the laser less usable area, which is why the plainer models often carry a logo better than the premium ones.
Running a names order without it going wrong
Confirm spellings with each person. Not from an HR export — that is where initials, married names and transliterations diverge, and a misspelled name is worse than no name.
Decide the script once, centrally. Mixed-script lists need one decision, not a judgement per bottle.
Order for confirmed recipients only, with a small unengraved buffer. An engraved name cannot be reassigned.
How an order works
Minimum 25 units. Laser engraving included — your logo, or individual names, etched into the steel rather than printed on it, so it cannot peel. Production is 7–10 business days from confirmation plus 2–3 days delivery, and samples of one or two units are available at retail price before you commit. Branded gift boxes and message cards are available, and brand-matched Pantone colourways on larger runs.
