Every HYV bottle and tumbler is double-wall vacuum insulated — that is the construction that holds temperature, because a vacuum has no air for heat to travel through. Cold retention runs up to 24 hours and hot up to 12, depending on the model, how full the bottle is, ambient temperature and how often the lid is opened.
HYV makes BIS-certified bottles, certified to IS 17526:2021, India’s national standard for stainless steel vacuum insulated containers.
Bottles run 750ml (CoreFlow, FlipFlow, SlimPro, DualFlow, SnapSip) and 1 litre (LuxeSip, LuxeFlow, DualFlow 1L, MagFlex), plus a 2 litre MaxFlow. Tumblers run 470ml (OpenFlow), 600ml (ChillSip, DailySip) and 1.2 litre (HydroFlow, HydroPro, HydroMax, HydroPop).
Food-grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel, double-wall vacuum insulated. There is no plastic liner and no BPA question — steel is inert, so it does not leach and does not carry taste between uses. Lids use a removable silicone gasket so the seal can be cleaned properly.
Yes. The tumbler range (ChillSip, DailySip, HydroFlow, HydroPro, HydroMax, HydroPop) is designed for hot as well as cold, with sealed sliding lids that hold heat and clip closed for a bag. The 600ml ChillSip is the sealed coffee-mug format specifically.

Sipper, chug, or both
- Sipper cap — narrow opening, best seal, slowest flow. The desk-and-bag choice, and the one least likely to spill on you.
- Chug cap — wide opening, fast volume. Better mid-session at the gym, worse if you drink while walking.
- 2-in-1 — both in one lid. The DualFlow range exists because most people want the sipper on a commute and the chug after training, and will not carry two bottles.

Questions people ask before buying
Is a sipper cap actually leakproof? It is the most leak-resistant lid in the range, and it seals against a gasket you can replace. No lid is leakproof once the gasket is worn — replacements are stocked separately for exactly that reason.
Can I swap the lid later? Yes — replacement sipper, chug and MagSafe lids are sold separately and fit across the 1 litre models.
