Personalised & Custom Water Bottles
Personalised and custom water bottles, made in India. Add a name to a single bottle, or put your logo on 25 or more. Everything below is vacuum insulated stainless steel, with BIS IS 17526:2021 certification on our certified models — the personalisation goes onto a bottle worth keeping, which is the part most customisation suppliers get backwards.
Personalise a single bottle → Bulk & logo orders (25+) →
Two ways to personalise
1. A single bottle, with a name
Use the Customize page to build an HYV Studio 1L: choose the body colour, the lid and the boot, then add a name etched onto the silicone boot for ₹150. The bottle itself is ₹1,899, so a personalised one-off comes to ₹2,049 with no minimum order.
This is the right route for a birthday, an anniversary, a teacher's gift or a bottle you simply want to be unmistakably yours. It is a name on the boot rather than engraving into the steel — worth knowing before you order, because the two look quite different.
2. Twenty-five or more, with a logo or names
Bulk orders are laser engraved directly into the 18/8 stainless steel. That mark is permanent — it cannot peel, fade or wash off, because it removes a layer of the finish rather than sitting on top of it.
- Minimum order: 25 units
- Turnaround: roughly 7–14 days at 25–100 units; 12–18 days at 100–500
- Typical unit price: ₹1,200–2,000 at 25–100, ₹1,000–1,700 at 100–500
- Colourways: 11 standard, with Pantone matching available above 100 units
- Variable data: every unit in a run can carry a different name at no extra cost per unit
Full budgets, GST treatment and delivery logistics are on the corporate gifting page.
Engraving or printing — which you actually want
- Laser engraving. Permanent, single-tone, survives dishwashers and years of daily use. The only sensible choice for something meant to last. The trade-off is that you get the natural colour of the etched steel, not a colour of your choosing.
- UV printing. Full colour, and the right answer for a logo with gradients or several colours. It sits on the surface, so it wears at the base and wherever the bottle rubs inside a bag.
- Vinyl and stickers. Cheapest and shortest-lived. Fine for a one-off event, wrong for a gift.
What you can put on a bottle
- A name — the most common request, and the one that ages best. Keep it small and low on the body; a large name turns a bottle into a label.
- A company logo — one mark, discreetly placed. Heavy branding turns a gift into merchandise, and merchandise stays at the desk it was handed out at.
- A date or short message — anniversaries, milestones, team launches.
- Both — logo on one face, name on the other, which is what keeps a corporate gift feeling like a gift.

Before you order
- Check the spelling twice, from a written list. Personalised items cannot be returned or reallocated, and names collected over chat are where errors enter.
- Ask for a branded sample on a bulk order. Engraving contrast varies by finish — a matte powder coat takes a mark differently from bare steel.
- Order a small buffer of unengraved stock for a corporate run. Someone always joins or leaves between the order and the delivery.
- Allow production time. Engraving is a production step, not packaging. Four to six weeks ahead of a festival, since courier networks congest badly before Diwali.
Common questions
Can I personalise just one bottle?
Yes — through the Customize page, which adds a name etched on the boot of a Studio 1L for ₹150. There is no minimum. Engraving into the steel itself starts at 25 units.
Does engraving wear off?
No. Laser engraving removes a thin layer of the finish rather than adding one, so there is nothing to peel or wash away. Printed and vinyl personalisation does wear, usually starting at the base and the neck.
What is the minimum order for logo bottles?
25 units, with roughly 7–14 days turnaround at that volume. Larger runs of 100–500 move to 12–18 days as colour matching and production scale.
Can every bottle have a different name?
Yes. Variable-data engraving is standard, so each unit in a run can carry a different name at no additional per-unit cost. The requirement is simply that the list is final before production starts.
How long does a personalised order take?
Single-unit Studio orders follow normal dispatch. Bulk engraved orders run 7–14 days at 25–100 units and 12–18 days above that. Artwork or name-list changes after production begins reset the clock.
Why personalise an insulated bottle rather than a cheap one
A personalised item is kept for as long as it is worth keeping. Putting a name on a bottle that develops a smell in four months produces a gift someone feels guilty throwing away — which is worse than no gift.
Everything here is vacuum insulated 18/8 stainless steel, with BIS IS 17526:2021 on certified models, and replacement lids sold separately so a lost lid does not retire the bottle. That is the difference between personalising a gift and personalising a consumable.
