Co-branding

Two marks on one object: yours etched on the body, ours on the base. It ships as an HYV bottle, carrying HYV's certification and replacement cover rather than an unbranded equivalent.

Manufacturing, white label & OEM

We manufacture on our own moulds and produce under other brands. A brand-matched colourway on an existing body starts at 1,000 units; white label and full OEM — your spec, your tooling decisions — start at 500 units per SKU and are quoted on brief. Certified models carry a claim you can pass to your own buyers.

How your mark goes on.

Laser etched into the steel, not printed onto it. The mark is cut into the surface, so it survives the dishwasher, the gym bag and the three years after the gift — which is the whole point of putting it there.

Logo etching

Quoted with your artwork

Charged per unit, flat at every quantity. No setup fee, no plate charge, no artwork charge.

  • Two marking methods: laser etching cut into the steel, or UV printing for full-colour artwork.
  • Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf). We confirm sizing and position on the mockup.
  • A rendered mockup on your actual colourway before you raise a PO. No charge.
  • Recipient names on the box and the card, where the programme calls for it.
  • Colour-filled or gradient ETCHING — an etch is one tone by nature. Full colour means UV printing instead.
  • Full-body vinyl wraps or sleeves.
  • Marks that wrap the body or sit across a seam.
  • Dropping the HYV mark on an engraving or co-branded order — a product carrying only your brand is white label, quoted separately.

How an order runs.

  1. Brief

    SKU, quantity, colourway and artwork. If you are not sure which bottle fits the budget, send the budget and we will work back from it.

  2. Mockup

    Your mark rendered on the actual colourway you picked, so the approval you take internally is of the real thing. No charge, and no obligation to proceed.

  3. Sample, if you want one

    One or two pieces at retail price before you commit. Worth doing on a first order; most repeat clients skip it.

  4. PO and advance

    50% on the purchase order. Artwork is frozen at this point — changes after this restart the lead time.

  5. Production

    Engraved orders from stock: 7–10 business days to dispatch, plus 2–3 days delivery. Made-to-order colours: 60–90 days. We confirm which one applies to your colourway before you commit, not after.

  6. Dispatch

    Balance 50% before dispatch. Ex-Noida, PAN India, to one address or several.

Made to order

60–90 days

A colourway we don't stock, or a quantity beyond current inventory. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at enquiry. Festive and annual programmes on a custom colour need to be committed well ahead of the date.

Are the prices inclusive of GST?

No. Every rate on this page is per unit and exclusive of GST, which is charged additionally as applicable. Etching, where it applies, is also quoted ex-GST.

What is the minimum order?

10 units per SKU for HYV-branded stock, 25 units per SKU with your logo on it, and 500 units per SKU under your own brand. The trade rates below start at 25 units; 10 to 24 units are quoted on request. Below 10 you are better off buying at retail on livehyv.com, where the volume discounts start at ₹2,500.

Can we mix SKUs on one order?

Yes. Tier pricing is applied per SKU rather than on the combined order, so a mixed programme is quoted line by line — send the split and we will price it.

How does the etching artwork process work?

Send single-colour vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf) and you get a mockup on your chosen colourway. Sizing and position are confirmed on that mockup. Etching is part of the in-stock timeline: 7–10 business days to dispatch, plus 2–3 days delivery.

Etching or printing — which should we choose?

Both are available and they trade off against each other. Laser etching is cut into the steel, so it lasts as long as the bottle does and survives the dishwasher and the gym bag — but it is a single tone by nature and will not reproduce a gradient or a multi-colour mark. UV printing reproduces full-colour artwork faithfully, which matters when the logo is the brand and cannot be reduced to one tone; it sits on the surface rather than in it, so it wears sooner than an etch. If the mark is simple, etch it. If the mark is the point, print it.

How long do these prices hold?

Until the validity date shown on the rate card above. Steel and freight both move; reconfirm before raising a purchase order dated after it.

What happens if a unit is faulty?

Manufacturing defects are replaced. Raise them within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we replace the units — we do not ask you to ship a whole consignment back to establish a fault.

Can we get the price list as a PDF?

Use the download button on the rate card. It prints the full list with the validity date and terms, and leaves out the navigation — the version you forward to a finance team.
