Promotional Drinkware, Branded Merchandise & Company Swag

Most promotional merchandise is thrown away, and everyone buying it knows that. The exceptions are the items people would have bought anyway — and insulated drinkware is one of the few categories where that is reliably true.

That is the whole argument for spending more per unit on fewer, better items. A ₹90 plastic bottle at a conference is landfill with your logo on it. A vacuum insulated steel bottle sits on a desk for years.

Where promotional drinkware earns its place

Conference and event giveaways. The item people carry out of the venue rather than leave on the chair. Sealed lids matter here — attendees put it in a bag.

Trade shows. A bottle on a stand is a conversation; a pen is not. And it keeps working after the show.

Company swag for new hires and teams. The same logic as gifting, bought by marketing rather than HR.

Customer and channel incentives. Something a distributor or partner uses daily keeps you present between conversations.

Cost per impression, not cost per unit

The honest way to compare promotional items is how many times the recipient sees your mark. A tote used twice and a bottle used daily for two years are not the same purchase at any price.

Which is also the argument against buying at the very bottom of the market: a bottle that stops holding temperature within a year stops being carried, and a bottle that is not carried delivers no impressions at all. Five of our models hold BIS IS 17526:2021 — LuxeSip, LuxeFlow, MagFlex, CoreFlow and ChillSip — which is a tested claim rather than a stated one, and on a few hundred units that difference is a real number of items that survive the first year.

Branding that survives

Laser engraving removes the coating to reveal the steel. It cannot peel, it does not fade, and it is monochrome — the mark is the tone of the metal.

Printing reproduces full colour and wears. For an event giveaway that lives a season, that trade is fine. For anything meant to last, engrave.

Send vector artwork where you can. Thin strokes below about a millimetre close up when engraved, so most logos need one element thickened or dropped — we will flag it on the mockup rather than after the run.

How an order works

Minimum 25 units. Laser engraving included — your logo, or individual names, etched into the steel rather than printed on it, so it cannot peel. Production is 7–10 business days from confirmation plus 2–3 days delivery, and samples of one or two units are available at retail price before you commit. Branded gift boxes and message cards are available, and brand-matched Pantone colourways on larger runs.
