Every HYV bottle and tumbler is double-wall vacuum insulated — that is the construction that holds temperature, because a vacuum has no air for heat to travel through. Cold retention runs up to 24 hours and hot up to 12, depending on the model, how full the bottle is, ambient temperature and how often the lid is opened.
HYV makes BIS-certified bottles, certified to IS 17526:2021, India’s national standard for stainless steel vacuum insulated containers.
Bottles run 750ml (CoreFlow, FlipFlow, SlimPro, DualFlow, SnapSip) and 1 litre (LuxeSip, LuxeFlow, DualFlow 1L, MagFlex), plus a 2 litre MaxFlow. Tumblers run 470ml (OpenFlow), 600ml (ChillSip, DailySip) and 1.2 litre (HydroFlow, HydroPro, HydroMax, HydroPop).
Food-grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel, double-wall vacuum insulated. There is no plastic liner and no BPA question — steel is inert, so it does not leach and does not carry taste between uses. Lids use a removable silicone gasket so the seal can be cleaned properly.

A gym bottle is judged on about ninety seconds of use per session. You want volume in fewer mouthfuls between sets, one hand free, and no fiddling with a cap while your heart rate is still coming down. Everything else about it is secondary.
That is why lid choice matters more here than size. A wide chug cap moves water fastest and is the easiest to clean when a scoop of something sweet has been in it. A 2-in-1 chug and sipper lets the same bottle do the session and the drive home. A straw lid means you never tilt it, which is the difference between drinking on a treadmill and not bothering.
All double-wall vacuum 304 stainless, so ice survives a full session in an Indian summer and the outside stays dry in a bag with your clothes. Questions people ask
Can I put a protein shake in it? Yes, and then wash it the same day. Steel does not absorb the smell the way plastic does, but a gasket left overnight with whey in it is unpleasant for everyone. A wide chug cap is much easier to clean than a straw lid for this reason.
Will ice survive a full session? In an Indian summer, yes — these are double-wall vacuum, so the limit is usually how often you open it rather than the insulation.
It is going to get dropped on tile. Does that matter? Steel dents rather than cracks, which is the better failure. A silicone boot absorbs most of it — the LuxeSip and LuxeFlow ship with one, and boots are stocked separately for the rest.
