Corporate Gifts — Insulated Drinkware, Branded in India

Most corporate gifting fails the same test: the recipient is polite about it and never uses it. Insulated steel drinkware is one of the few categories in this price band that people would have bought anyway — which is the only measure worth applying to a gift budget.

Everything here is double-wall vacuum insulated 304 (18/8) stainless steel, laser engraved with your logo or individual names. Minimum 25 units per model, and the range runs 470 ml to 2 litres.

What it costs per head

Trade prices across this industry are quoted excluding GST, which is how a ₹489 quote becomes ₹577 on the invoice. Insulated steel is HSN 9617 at 18% GST — a company claims that back, so ex-GST is the number to budget with, but it is worth knowing both.

Which budget buys what

• ₹489–₹539 a head — the OpenFlow 470 ml, engraved. The honest entry point for a large headcount, and still vacuum insulated steel rather than a giveaway.
• ₹549–₹645 — the CoreFlow 750 ml, a proper bottle rather than a tumbler. This is the one we would pick for a general staff gift.
• ₹735–₹915 — straw and turn-and-sip tumblers, the format people leave on a desk where the logo is seen daily.
• ₹1,039–₹1,285 — the 1 litre LuxeSip, LuxeFlow and MagFlex, with a silicone boot or a MagSafe lid. Client and leadership gifting.
• Above that — the MaxFlow 2 L, or the ReHYV Pulse Pro recovery system for a milestone gift where a bottle is not enough.

Branding, and the decision that matters

Laser engraving cuts into the steel. It cannot peel or fade, and it is single-tone by nature — the mark is the colour of the etched metal, not your brand colour. UV printing reproduces full colour, gradients and photographic detail, and sits on the surface, so it wears with use.

For a gift meant to last years, engrave. For a campaign item where the brand colours are the point, print. Every unit in a run can carry a different name at no extra cost per unit, which is what makes welcome kits and long-service gifts work.

Quantities and timing

The minimum is 25 units per model, not per order — so a 100-unit order can be four different bottles at 25 each, which is usually what a mixed team actually needs. Engraved orders from stock: 7–10 business days to dispatch, plus 2–3 days delivery. Eleven stock colours dispatch from stock; a brand-matched colour on the body is a 1,000-unit commitment, and made-to-order colours take 60–90 days from artwork approval.

The constraint that actually bites is the calendar. Courier networks congest badly through the festive season, so allow extra courier time on top of the usual 2–3 days for a Diwali delivery.

Questions people ask before ordering

What is the minimum order? 10 units per model. Engraving is included at that quantity — there is no setup fee.

Can we mix models in one order? Yes, provided each model reaches 25 units. The per-unit price is set by the quantity of that model, not the order total.

Can you deliver to multiple offices? Yes — dispatched ex-Noida, PAN India, tracked.

Can we see one first? Samples of one or two units at retail price, and a digital mockup of the engraving on the actual model before anything is cut.
