What can I customise on a HYV Studio build?
You pick a lid, then choose the colour of the lid, the body and the boot. The bottle is then assembled by hand to that specification.

Will my bottle look like the product photos?
The product photos are for reference only. Your bottle ships in the exact colours you chose, and those colours are listed on your order.

How is a Studio build made?
Each one is custom-assembled to order at HYV Studio rather than picked from existing stock, which is why the colour combination can be yours alone.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. HYV Studio builds are prepaid only — cash on delivery is not available on made-to-order bottles.

Can I return a custom build?
Custom builds are non-returnable because each one is made to your specification. Manufacturing defects are still covered by a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Is a Studio build BIS certified?
The Studio build is not one of the BIS-certified models in the HYV range. The certified models are the LuxeSip, the LuxeFlow and the MagFlex, each certified to IS 17526:2021.

Hand-wash body and lid with warm water and mild soap, and air-dry with the lid off. Do not microwave, freeze, or use abrasive cleaners on the exterior.
