2. Shipping coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.
  • Certain remote locations may have extended delivery timelines based on courier availability.

 

3. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified via email or SMS.

 

4. Shipping methods and delivery timelines

  • Standard Shipping: delivery within 5-7 business days post-dispatch.
  • Express Shipping (if available): delivery within 2-3 business days post-dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier capabilities, and external factors such as weather, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

 

5. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

 

6. Tracking information

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
  • You can track your order via the "Track Your Order" page on our website or the courier's website using the tracking number provided.

 

7. Delivery attempts and responsibility

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product is returned to us.
  • Where a return-to-origin is caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery, redelivery is charged at actual courier cost, shown to you before we redispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

 

8. Inspection on delivery

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If a package is visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@livehyv.com.
  • If you discover damage only after opening the parcel, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we will replace the item at our cost.
  • Claims for damage, defects, or missing items should be reported promptly with supporting photos/video.

 

9. Undelivered or lost packages

  • For a lost or undelivered package, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will complete our courier investigation within a maximum of 7 working days, after which we will either fully refund you or reship your order at no cost.

 

10. Shipping restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
  • Hazardous or restricted materials will not be shipped.
  • Some products may have location-specific restrictions due to regulatory requirements.

 

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, public-health emergencies, or transportation disruptions. In such cases we will make every effort to notify customers and fulfil orders as soon as feasible.
