• You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched, in line with our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy. We may also cancel and fully refund any order — including where a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system or pricing error — as described in that policy.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

• Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items are replaced free of charge (refund only where no replacement is available).
• There is no routine return window. In extraordinary cases we may, at our discretion, accept a return or exchange at your request, subject to a ₹199 processing fee paid upfront.
