3. Factory audit or video walkthrough. A large share of "manufacturers" on B2B marketplaces are traders. Ask to see the vacuum pumping and leak-testing stations specifically — those are the steps traders cannot fake.
4. Physical samples from production, not from a sample shelf.
5. Leak and retention test results for your specific batch.
6. GST registration and export documentation if relevant.

The quality checks that actually predict failure

Two failure modes dominate returns in this category, and both are testable in ten minutes:

• Vacuum integrity. Fill with ice water, leave four hours in a warm room, touch the outside. A working vacuum bottle stays at room temperature and never sweats. Any condensation means the seal weld is compromised — and that failure is invisible at delivery.

Why co-branding usually beats plain white-label for gifting
