Names are an operations problem, not a printing one
The engraving is the easy part. What goes wrong on personalised orders is the list.
Spelling. A misprinted logo is a reprint; a misspelled name is an insult. Have each person confirm their own spelling rather than pulling names from an HR export, which is where initials, married names and transliterations diverge.
Attrition. A personalised bottle belongs to one person. If someone leaves between order and delivery, that unit is waste — so order names for confirmed recipients and keep a small unengraved buffer rather than guessing.
Script. Decide in advance whether names are engraved in Latin script only. Mixed-script lists need the decision made once, centrally, not per bottle.
