How long does the HYV LuxeSip keep water cold?
Up to 24 hours with the lid sealed. Results vary based on ambient temperature and how often you open the lid.
Does the silicone boot come off for cleaning?
Yes. The silicone boot is removable. We recommend removing it weekly to dry the boot and bottle base separately.
Can I put hot drinks like tea or coffee in it?
Yes. The LuxeSip is built for both hot and cold beverages. It retains heat for up to 12 hours. Allow hot liquids to cool slightly before sealing the lid.
Can I use it for carbonated drinks?
Not recommended with the lid fully sealed — pressure can build inside. Slightly open the lid before resealing if using sparkling water.
What is the replacement policy?

Love this bottle. Quality is very good with stainless steel stamp on it. After a lot of scouting, I finally found a good one for my 4yr old and he loves it. Unfortunately it was too wide to fit in any bag side pouches meant for bottles (even in adult bag packs). If only it was slimmer and taller. Another small drawback is the straw pipe is quite short. And I wish the company would come up with 500ml size bottles for kids. Having said that, my child loves it and is using it happily.
